The 2025 Home Inspection Outlook: Stability and Opportunity The housing market has been anything but predictable in recent years....
At QuickInspect, we don’t just build home inspection software — we build it Texas tough. Our story starts deep in the heart of Texas, where grit, hard work, and pride shape everything we do. I grew up in Georgetown, Texas, a place that feels like the perfect blend of country charm and country club polish. Wide-open fields met neatly trimmed lawns, and Friday night football under the bright lights was a ritual that brought the whole community together. Those games taught me more than just how to throw a pass or tackle hard — they taught me about teamwork, resilience, and showing up no matter the odds. While football fueled my competitive spirit, my teenage years were grounded in honest work. I spent summers working construction jobs, sweating under the Texas sun and learning firsthand the value of hard work and dedication. During college at Texas State University, I balanced studying with working in property appraisals, gaining a deep understanding of real estate valuation and the nuances that make properties unique. Real estate runs in my blood — my mother worked in real estate, and my brother-in-law’s family, the Behrens, are one of the original families to settle Central Texas. Growing up surrounded by their stories and experiences gave me a profound respect for property, heritage, and the importance of doing things right. Meanwhile, my co-founder Hershe Amin was carving his own path in Texas. Raised in Houston, Hershe pursued a degree in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Texas, combining a passion for precision with a love of flight that still drives him today. Transitioning into software engineering, Hershe brought a sharp analytical mind and technical expertise honed over years of building complex systems — all while maintaining that uniquely Texan spirit of innovation and determination. Together, we combined our backgrounds — mine rooted in real estate and construction, Hershe’s in engineering and software — to create something truly special: enterprise-grade home inspection software, built and proudly made in Texas.
QuickInspect is more than just software — it’s a testament to Texas ingenuity. We deliver:
With a growing team of 12, we combine decades of experience in software development, product strategy, and customer success. Our CTO, Hershe Amin, and myself, Jeff Jones , bring deep industry expertise, from IBM-Tivoli days to modern SaaS innovation.
We embody the values of our home state:
If you’re ready for a powerful, reliable inspection software solution built with Texas pride, we’re ready for you.
